Sutherland is seeking a dynamic and strategic-thinking leader to join us as a Service Delivery Director overseeing one of our growing global Insurance programs. We are a group of forward-thinking individuals focused on digital transformation.

  • Impact the Bottom Line: Produce effective strategies based on data analysis.
  • Build the Company: Partner with divisions to improve performance.
  • Define Sutherland’s Reputation: Oversee service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Take the lead: Perform strategic analysis to address client needs.
  • Improve the Company: Recommend enhancements to processes.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Maintain communication with clients and team members.
  • Drive Sutherland Forward: Oversee quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of BPO/Business Transformation leadership experience.
  • Insurance P&C experience preferred; open to candidates from other financial services.
  • 8+ years managing customer support, near/offshore experience is a plus.
  • Oversight of at least 250+ headcount preferred.
  • Executive presence for communication and presentation.
  • Open to traveling once or twice per quarter.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop trust and rapport with team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for performance improvement.
