Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for Italian-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee, you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances!

In Short

Requirements

  • Speak both Italian and English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card).
  • Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
  • Complete a 6-month probation period.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal.
  • Referrals are valid for 6 months after submission.
  • Notify your friend about the referral.
  • Referral bonus paid after meeting milestone dates.
  • All Sutherland employees from Level 1 to Level 4 can refer candidates.
  • Referral policy details available online.
