Requirements

• Must speak Romanian and English at B2 level or higher.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or valid Bulgarian ID).
• Must join Sutherland on a permanent contract.
• Complete a 6-month probation period.
• Referrals must be submitted before the application is completed.
