• Shape workplace culture by presenting and modeling HR philosophy and policies
• Ensure all documents are in order and properly documented
• Resolve issues timely to strengthen relationships
• Process queries in adherence with company policies and procedures
• Assist with planning, preparation, hosting, and administration of audits
• Document personnel actions and provide information to the proper department
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency

Requirements

• Knowledge of human resource functions, business management, and strategy
• Ability to work in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
