Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer in our Authoring Team, you will have the opportunity to innovate our survey-taking experience, improving the customer experience with modern interaction and bold visual appeal. You’ll translate complex customer needs into intuitive experiences, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research and others to define and deliver an experience that drives engagement and brand health.

In Short

• Lead the full product design lifecycle for the survey taker experience.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Develop and maintain components in our design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define requirements.
• Partner with Engineering to validate feasibility and iterate on solutions.
• Mentor and provide feedback to mid- and junior-level designers.
• Advocate for best practices in UX and inclusive design.
• Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders.
• Analyze post-launch performance data for optimization.
• Help shape design team processes and standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Proficient in conducting and synthesizing user research.
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring and coaching designers.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
