Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDE Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development using Java. You will work alongside experienced developers, learn best practices, and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative and supportive environment. Please note that a one-time fee of ₹3,000 is taken for training, which includes structured learning, mentorship, and project-based experience. Successful interns will be offered a paid stipend of ₹8,000 per month after an initial 3-month unpaid evaluation period.

In Short

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the technical team.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute lead generation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in negotiating deals, closing sales, and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client communication.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on company services, especially web and app development technologies, to effectively pitch solutions to clients.

• Suprix Solution's intensive 3-month BDE Internship equips participants with essential skills in React technologies as well as hands-on experience handling live projects.
• Throughout the program, participants receive personalized guidance from a dedicated mentor.
• Upon successful completion, participants earn a certificate of completion, validating their acquired expertise.
• Ongoing performance evaluations determine which successful interns will be offered a full-time internship with a Rs. 7,000 monthly stipend.
