  • Review and process incoming seizure-related documents
  • Accurately locate customer information and enter/verify data in internal systems
  • Follow established workflows to support account-related actions
  • Provide administrative and data support to the Seizures Team
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of each case
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Work with customers’ sensitive information securely
  • Apply customer happiness practices
  • Maintain clear and structured case documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent English (C1) and German (B2) skills
  • Previous experience in operational, banking, or legal environments
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
  • Fast learner, comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Strong sense of discretion and understanding of data protection
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Personal laptop/computer with stable internet connection
