  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forward qualified inquiries to appropriate retailers
  • Update and categorize leads in the system
  • Work securely with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply customer happiness practices
  • Maintain knowledge of client’s products and services
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Opportunity to work fully remotely

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with lead follow-up
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop/computer with minimum 8GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
  • Experience with luxury brands is a plus
