Requirements

  • Native Spanish and upper intermediate English (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience with crypto or stock exchange
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and stable internet connection
