SupplyHouse.com, a fast-growing and successful e-commerce company, is looking for a Website Search Specialist to join our Merchandising Team. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the product search terms for our website.

• Responsible for ensuring users can easily find relevant information through site search.

• Determine key phrases to add to site search based on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with SEO team to optimize relevant content for search.

• Understand customer shopping tendencies and adjust search terms accordingly.
• Establish KPIs to measure search effectiveness and analyze data for insights.
• Generate reports on search performance and identify gaps in product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience with product knowledge in related fields.
• Strong statistical analysis and data manipulation skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and strong communication skills.
