SupplyHouse.com, a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical space, is seeking a Project Manager, Fulfillment Operations to join our corporate Operations Team! This individual will spearhead critical initiatives across our fulfillment centers and broader warehousing network. They will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to ensure successful execution of projects and continuous improvement efforts. In Short

• Remote-based role within select states in the USA.
• Requires travel up to 25% of the year to on-site fulfillment/office locations.
• Company provides a laptop and a $250 stipend for work from home space.
• Full-Time, Exempt position.
• Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET.
• Salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
• Responsibilities include project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills required for interpreting operational data.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with fulfillment technologies and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years project or program management experience.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret and develop actionable insights.
