Product Designer (End User Experience) - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a product designer who builds for real users, works fast, and thinks in systems. You’ll design end-to-end experiences and help evolve our design system to support consistent, high-quality execution as we scale.

In Short

• Design user experiences from start to finish — research, ideation, prototyping, and final UI.
• Apply and evolve our design system: use components, improve patterns, and drive visual consistency.
• Work closely with product and engineering to deliver designs that are both thoughtful and buildable.
• Run lightweight user research and usability tests to inform your work.
• Champion accessibility and design quality across the product.
• Know when to move fast — and when to go deep.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience, ideally at a startup.
• Strong visual, interaction, and prototyping skills (Figma preferred).
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system.
• Ability to turn user insights into clear, actionable designs.
• Strong communicator — able to explain design choices to designers and non-designers alike.
• A portfolio that shows both product work and design system contributions.
