Overview

We’re looking for a self-motivated User Experience / User Interface Product Designer who’s ready to say YES to creating thoughtful, user-friendly solutions. At VEG, we find a way to say YES—so we can turn big ideas into real impact for the people who rely on us.

In Short

  • Lead user research including interviews and focus groups for in-house application.
  • Create low to high fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Coordinate and lead user testing sessions with hospital employees.
  • Lead Implementation kick-off meetings for stakeholders and developers.
  • Provide written guidance for software engineers on UI design.
  • Identify opportunities for in-app guidance and create content.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI product design.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting research findings.
  • Value efficiency with design systems aligned with frontend frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI product design related to browser-based applications.
  • Creative and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in presenting research findings.
  • Value efficiency with the use of design systems aligned with frontend framework.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, Vimeo, Pendo, and Productboard.
