TikTok Shop Brand Account Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Brand Account Coordinator to support our brand managers and overall brand team in executing daily operations, tracking performance data, and ensuring smooth communication with brand partners.

In Short

• Assist in pulling, organizing, and analyzing data related to sales, traffic, and conversions.
• Maintain and update brand performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize performance.
• Help manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotional schedules on TikTok Shop.
• Assist with inventory tracking and flagging low-stock or fulfillment issues.
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
• Act as a liaison between brand managers, internal teams, and brand partners.
• Assist in coordinating with influencers, affiliates, and creators for collaborations.
• Help draft brand updates, recap reports, and internal briefs.
• Organize and maintain brand documentation, SOPs, and meeting notes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or brand coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and project management tools is a plus.
