Overview

K2D Strategies is a growing fundraising agency that holistically approaches direct response through a channel-agnostic lens. The Account Coordinator supports our clients and team members by coordinating campaign schedules and quality assurance for the execution of fundraising campaigns.

In Short

• Developing and managing schedules for direct mail and telemarketing projects
• Collaborating with team to ensure campaigns stay on-track
• Adhering to quality control measures and deadlines
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring projects are delivered on budget
• Keeping the team up-to-date on schedules
• Participating in webinars and attending conferences/workshops
• 1-2 years of project management experience preferred
• Basic copywriting/editing knowledge required
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills needed
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
