Overview

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and guidance from day one.

In Short

• Conduct onboarding calls and oversee all associated setup steps.
• Lead bi-weekly calls with clients to address needs and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports showcasing results and insights.
• Manage community messages, including handling downsell offers.
• Respond to client Slack messages promptly.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.

Requirements

• Extremely fluent in English with clear, articulate speech.
• Availability during most of the day, preferably in the Western Hemisphere.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Creative in problem-solving and navigating challenging client situations.
