Staff Software Engineer, Security - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Staff level Security Engineer to join our Security & Privacy team at Super.com, where you will be a key advocate for the security of our product, managing and mentoring engineers while collaborating with leadership to enhance our security posture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security roles within engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with web application security and secure solution design.
• Experience in developing and owning security programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor small teams.
• Experience with functional leaders and cross-team collaboration.
• Execute a broad range of security initiatives independently.
