Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer, Security at The Browser Company, you will lead and ship Dia-specific security features that make the product enterprise-ready and resilient by default.

In Short

• Design and ship enterprise security features in the Dia product.
• Develop and uphold security policies and procedures.
• Drive Dia’s security architecture and threat modeling.
• Secure cross-device sync end-to-end.
• Expand and run vulnerability management for Dia.
• Harden both the client and services.
• Develop AI-aware defenses for systems.
• Establish metrics and dashboards for security infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading large-scale security engineering projects.
• Strong coding skills in Golang, Swift, TypeScript, or Python.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Privacy-minded with a bias for high-velocity execution.
• 4+ hours overlap time with Eastern Time Zone required.
