Accountant & Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Accountant & Financial Analyst, providing outstanding support to our clients in the Finance sector.

In Short

• Handle full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries).
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly & annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Assist in audits and liaise with auditors/tax advisors.
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CPA/CFA/CA or equivalent is a plus).
• 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a remote/multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with tax compliance.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
