As the Head of AI at Sully.ai, you will lead the AI strategy, architecture, and development, ensuring scalable, real-time AI solutions for healthcare workflows.

• Own AI end-to-end from research to production.
• Architect and optimize LLM integrations.
• Lead AI-driven automation efforts for EHR workflows.

Requirements

• Startup experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or CTO.
• Experience building end-to-end AI systems.
• LLM expertise and hands-on experience.
• Backend & cloud infrastructure skills.
• Experience scaling AI platforms efficiently.
• AI knowledge around healthcare and EHR systems is a plus.
