Seasonal Application Reader - Remote

Overview

Suffolk University is seeking a Seasonal Application Reader to join our Law Admission team. The reader will be responsible for evaluating JD applicants and issuing recommended admission decisions.

In Short

• Responsible for the timely and accurate evaluation of approximately 800-1200 JD applicants.
• Issue recommended admission decisions.
• Communicate with the Dean of Law Admission to complete application files.
• All reading is web-based and completely remote.
• Commit to 10-15 hours per week.
• Training will be provided.
• Employment would begin in October 2025 and end April 30, 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Prior experience in higher education, specifically admissions file review, preferred.
• Previous experience using a CRM (Unite experience a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict, frequent deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Must have a secure PC with access to high speed internet in a private location.
