Overview

The Operations Analyst role involves supporting clients with an enterprise software solution that digitizes subscription document technology and order management for alternative investments.

In Short

Prepare Subscription Documents for digitization.
Support clients with Fund and Offering updates.
Assist clients throughout the transaction process.
Build relationships with fund managers and clients.
Liaise with clients on user experience improvements.
Develop processes to automate client workflows.
Work with Sales, Client Support, and Technology teams.
Additional responsibilities based on capacity and interest.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or related field.
Strong client service orientation.
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
