In Short

• Part-time (10-20hrs./wk) position as a Full-Stack Web Developer.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team and other stakeholders.
• Respond to bug reports and build new parts of the site.
• Monitor site performance and implement technical SEO best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation and mentor new team members.
• Develop and maintain robust back-end functionality.
• Build and optimize front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage website deployment and hosting platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Passion and commitment to the mission and values.
• Mid-level experience (2-4 years preferred).
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong expertise in front-end and back-end development.
