With a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards across the renewable energy sector, we collaborate with clients involved in solar, wind, and storage technologies to provide expert insights and data-driven solutions that empower sustainable progress operating across 16 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

In Short

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and status updates.
• Ensure quality compliance through inspections, testing, audits, and by enforcing industry standards and regulations.
• Lead quality assurance processes, resolve quality issues, and manage project claims and complaints.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Produce comprehensive project reports and analyze KPIs to monitor performance.
• Use data insights to recommend process optimizations and enhance overall project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project roles in the renewable energy industry.
• Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship management skills.
• Further certification in project management is a plus.
• Expertise in CRM platforms and micromanagement techniques.
• Commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Travel Requirement < 20.
