Overview

This role involves owning the global process design for Sales Order Management within Stryker’s Accelerate business transformation program, focusing on standardized processes and cross-functional solutions.

Requirements

• BS, BA in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
• SAP S4 HANA experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in Sales Order Management.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes.
• Experience with ERP or large-scale transformation projects.
• Ability to consider regulatory and compliance impacts.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in change management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
