Field Inventory Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Field Inventory Coordinator will assist with processing transactions in order validation, order entry, resolving issues, and developing ad hoc reports while supporting the execution of processes and operational activity to enhance service levels and drive customer service excellence.

• Work remotely with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.
• Assist in processing transactions and resolving order-related issues.
• Support inventory needs for surgical demand and communicate order status effectively.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through prompt responses.
• Maintain accurate records of field operations interactions.
• Manage backorder reviews and coordinate the release of backorders.
• Provide support beyond standard hours when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive a culture of customer service excellence.
• Work within the country of the job requisition location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service, data entry, or relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience with JDE 9.0/9.1 is a plus.
