Senior Project Manager - Trauma and Extremities (Remote)

Overview

As a Senior Project Manager for Trauma and Extremities in Europe, you will manage complex projects aimed at driving improvements within the T&E division, utilizing best practices in project management.

In Short

• Manage 2–3 complex, full-cycle projects across Europe.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project management.
• Mentor and coach project leads for effective execution.
• Define, track, and monitor project deliverables.
• Lead the development of detailed project plans.
• Create and implement risk management plans.
• Develop stakeholder management strategies.
• Facilitate project governance and adherence to standards.
• Plan and lead key project activities.
• Work remotely with occasional travel (up to 20%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or project management.
• Proven experience managing projects of varying complexity.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• PMP certification preferred.
