HR Employee SSC - Remote

Overview

Are you someone who ensures that everything behind the scenes is perfectly arranged? In this role, you will be the main point of contact for HR matters and ensure that personnel changes, contracts, and data administration are accurate. Together with your colleagues from the Shared Service Center, you will maintain an overview of HR processes and contribute to a smoothly running organization.

In Short

• Process employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding in the HR system.
• Check and administratively process contracts, employment conditions, and personnel files.
• Answer questions from employees and managers about HR processes, collective agreements, and employment conditions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll changes to the payroll administration.
• Identify discrepancies in HR processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Prepare standard letters, reports, and overviews for HR Business Partners and management.
• Provide administrative support for absence management.
• Participate in and support HR projects.

Requirements

• Completed MBO 4 education in HR administration or a similar field.
• Proven work experience in HR support or a shared service center.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., AFAS).
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with personnel regulations, collective agreements, and employment conditions.
• Live within a maximum of 45 minutes travel time from our office in Utrecht.
