Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5 years in management.
• Experience in building automation platforms focused on financial processes.
• Proven track record in managing teams that operate key financial services.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
• Experience in recruiting and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and responsibility.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
