• Drive studio sales by converting leads and walk-ins into memberships.

• Address client concerns and feedback professionally.
• Manage inbound and outbound studio communications.
• Assist with marketing services including social media presence and email campaigns.
• Help train and support sales staff as needed.
• Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must live within a 20-mile radius of the supporting studios.
• 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service.
• Proven sales call metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with CRM and POS technology.
• Positive attitude, team player, and self-starter.
