Treasury Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Treasury Administrator is an entry-level position responsible for bank account and Kyriba administration, including documentation for bank account management and coordination of KYC requests.

In Short

• Prepare bank account opening documentation
• Assist with bank account closings
• Complete signature card updates
• Set up online bank system user access
• Update/User of Kyriba
• Assist with quarterly audits
• Input wires when needed
• Monitor bank analysis statements
• Backup other Treasury functions
• Cross train as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 1 year minimum experience in bank or corporate treasury
• Knowledge of opening bank accounts
• Familiarity with online banking systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and independently motivated
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
