An exciting opportunity for a B2B Collections Manager to lead key functions within the Collections organization, focusing on managing outstanding accounts receivable and driving operational excellence.

In Short

• Remote contract role running through June 30th, with the possibility of extension.
• Manage performance of the assigned BPO partner.
• Deliver management reporting on results, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Drive process improvements across on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Handle B2B collections and resolve payment issues with customers.
• Lead department operations and manage employees and support staff.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet departmental goals.
• Make short-term decisions impacting processes and customer relationships.
• Engage with peers, customers, suppliers, and senior leaders.
• Resolve operational, strategic, and cross-functional issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience, preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive operational performance.
• Experience navigating customer disputes and managing complex accounts.
• Travel up to 10%.
