Overview

As a Team Leader for UX/UI Design at Ströer Connections, you will lead a team of designers to enhance the user experience for our online platforms.

In Short

• Lead a team of four UX/UI designers
• Develop and refine our UX vision and strategy
• Create and validate design approaches for new platform features
• Develop interaction concepts, scribbles, and wireframes
• Enhance our user research efforts based on real insights
• Maintain our design system and ensure brand compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role
• Strong leadership experience with empathy for user needs
• Proficient in designing responsive web and app interfaces
• Analytical, communicative, and convincing in presentations
• Experienced with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Fluent in German and good English skills
