In Short

• Part of the Paid Media team helping over 30 renowned clients increase their reach on various social media platforms.
• Planning, implementation, management, and optimization of social media ad campaigns.
• Direct client consultation and management of their social media activities.
• Creation and evaluation of reports to derive actionable recommendations.
• Quality assurance of existing products and evaluation of new market solutions.
• Conceptualization and execution of presentations, strategies, workshops, and lectures.
• Creation of new ideas and strategies.
• Management and development of the social advertising area and social media portfolio.
• Close collaboration with advertising network partners like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitoring market and competition trends and deriving appropriate measures.

Requirements

• Proficient and independent handling of business and advertising tools of common social media platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience in ad management and social media consulting.
• Experience with analytics tools (platform insights, Google Analytics, Lookerstudio).
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for strategies and analyses.
• Enthusiasm and sensitivity for new platforms, trends, and technologies.
• Willingness to take responsibility and share knowledge.
• Very good knowledge of German spelling and grammar.
• Fluent English is desirable.
• SEA knowledge is a plus.
