In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind our regional paid social media strategy, guiding our in-house team across 5+ markets. You'll have the exciting opportunity to lead high-profile campaigns, overseeing multi-million euro campaigns and always-on activations.

• Lead the development of vision, strategy, and a roadmap for a top-tier paid social media team.

• Lead asset briefing, campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
• Design and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap for paid social advertising.
• Represent the brand at industry-leading summits and partner events.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid social media.
• In-depth experience with paid social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest.
• Strategic ad tech knowledge and implementation experience.
• Expertise in creating best-performing media tactics.
• Strong experience using product feeds and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of digital performance marketing metrics.
• Strong command of analytics and data manipulation tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Knowledgeable about tracking and attribution models.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
