In Short
You will be the reliable contact person for our freelance sales partners in business and tax matters, supporting them from startup to applications and communication with authorities.
You ensure smooth payment transactions, keeping track of financial flows and managing bank and cash movements carefully and precisely.
You prepare and discuss commission statements, create profit forecasts and tax pre-calculations, ensuring our sales partners are well-prepared.
You prepare annual financial statements according to commercial and tax law and work closely with tax consultancies and auditors.
You book, reconcile, and analyze – from operating costs to travel expenses and payroll liabilities, always with attention to detail.
You question existing processes and develop internal procedures to improve our performance.
Requirements
You have completed training as a tax clerk or have several years of experience in financial accounting.
You bring analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers, recognizing accounting relationships at a glance.
You present yourself confidently – you are experienced in client management and exude your expertise in discussions with our sales partners, tax offices, and authorities.
MS Office – especially Excel – is part of your daily routine; ideally, you also have experience with 'Addison'.
You work in a structured and independent manner, always keeping an overview.
Communication is your strength – as a team player, you bring not only expertise but also a positive demeanor and a healthy dose of humor.
