  • Work in a fully distributed company environment.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management and engagement skills.
  • Experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to analyze client data and develop strategic plans.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities in consultative settings.
  • 2-10 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
