Requirements

• Proven experience with production Rails applications.
• Strong command of Rails fundamentals and architectural decision-making.
• Experience in frontend technologies (JavaScript, CSS).

• Ability to mentor and communicate technical challenges clearly.
• Comfortable debugging and resolving complex production issues.
• Experience with LLM-powered tools is a plus.
• Strong testing mindset and proactive in code reviews.
• Clear communicator for technical trade-offs and decisions.
