We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Field Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our presence at trade shows and medical conferences.

In Short

Plan and manage logistics for external events.
Create and manage timelines and checklists for seamless execution.
Identify and prioritize impactful third-party events.
Collaborate across departments to align event strategies.
Develop engaging event experiences to generate leads.
Manage vendor relationships and event logistics.
Provide on-site support and brand representation.
Track event metrics and produce post-event reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in event coordination.
Familiarity with medical conferences in the healthcare space.
