• Handle inbound/outbound contacts via email, ticketing, and phone.
• Triage and route issues in Jira and Slack.

• Resolve pharmacy/prescription questions and communicate next steps.
• Assist with scheduling/rescheduling on partner platforms.
• Document internal notes and patient-facing summaries.

• Work primarily evenings and weekends.
