Public Guardianship/Conservatorship Representative - Remote

Overview

This position requires professional social services work, serving as a public guardian and/or conservatorship representative for individuals subject to public guardianship and/or conservatorship, including adults with intellectual disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, mental illness, and dementia.

In Short

• Advocate for individuals under public guardianship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Eligibility for Licensed Social Worker (LSW) licensure in Maine.
• At least 1 year of experience with incapacitated adults.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various professionals.
• Experience in behavioral or social sciences is preferred.
