  • Flexible working hours including days, evenings, and overnights.
  • 6-week training program to develop necessary skills.
  • Opportunity to work in a hybrid model (60% office, 40% home).

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service.
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer queries.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Availability for flexible shifts.
  • Commitment to the 6-week training program.
