Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

The Starknet Foundation is seeking a Financial Controller to manage the financial aspects of the Foundation and its subsidiaries, contributing to the development of a layer 2 blockchain network.

In Short

• Manage accounting for the Foundation and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate consolidation and Group reporting deliverables.
• Produce Group KPIs, dashboards, and board packs.
• Oversee Group direct and indirect tax and transfer pricing.
• Establish best-practice cryptographic asset accounting.
• Support Group external audits.
• Hold directorship of a wholly owned subsidiary.
• Assist the Head of Finance with various activities.
• Support leadership with innovation on new economic models.
• Interest in blockchain and financial technology is a plus.

Requirements

• ACA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Understanding of controls and corporate governance.
• Experience in blockchain, web3, fintech or financial services.
• A company secretarial qualification is advantageous.
