Influencer Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Starface is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Influencer Coordinator to help nurture and continue to grow our amazing influencer community and support our seeding and sampling needs.

In Short

• Execute 40+ sample requests per month.
• Coordinate with Operations for larger seeding requests.
• Facilitate VIP send outs and seeding requests.
• Manage influencer community via Tribe.
• Create and manage launch/campaign lists.
• Stay up to date with current events and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations.
• Monitor influencer/VIP/creator DMs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with influencers.
• Flag and troubleshoot shipment issues.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an influencer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong pulse on social and pop culture trends.
• Creative mindset and storytelling ability.
• Experience with Tribe, Excel, and/or NetSuite is a plus.
