Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel to manage end-to-end accounting processes and prepare financial reports.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes using QuickBooks Online
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel necessary
• Available to work in US time zones
• CPA certification is a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in the medical field as an accountant/bookkeeper is a plus
• Comfortable using time-trackers and other technical tools
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment for outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
