Bookkeeper (Work From Home) - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Bookkeeper to join our CPA firm. The ideal candidate has strong U.S. bookkeeping experience, is proficient with QuickBooks and Lacerte, and has at least 1 year of experience in U.S. tax preparation.

In Short

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist in personal and corporate U.S. tax preparation
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with CPAs and respond to client inquiries
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 7PM Eastern Time Zone

Requirements

• Strong U.S. bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Lacerte
• At least 1 year of experience in U.S. tax preparation
