• Customer Invoicing and AR management
• Daily bank reconciliation and cash reporting
• Bi-monthly Payroll processing (ADP)
• Excel reporting
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are reconciled
• Prepare the month-end close process
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Provide insights into financial performance through analysis

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong technical accounting background
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel skills
