Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer.
• Strong Problem-Solving skills in algorithms and complex system design.
• Database Mastery with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Microservices & Messaging experience with Kafka or similar.
• Performance Focus with optimized, scalable code in Go.
• Team Player with excellent communication skills.
