Program Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Program Administrator (PA) position will work remotely with the St. Matthew’s House staff to ensure that documentation collection, input, tracking, and statistics align. The primary responsibilities are to provide support to the staff on the inner workings of Mission Tracker, rosters, system questions, reports, SharePoint, and data analysis across various departments.

• Monitor and approve program fees and data accuracy in Mission Tracker.
• Develop, manage, and maintain data infrastructure to capture, analyze, and visualize impact.
• Standardize data collection, entry, and reporting practices across departments.
• Lead development of automated dashboards for real-time insights.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of admissions and discharge trends.
• Maintain accuracy of resident data across systems.
• Collaborate with program directors to translate data insights into strategies.
• Oversee preparation of data-driven reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Implement audit and quality control processes for program data.
• Provide administrative support related to SharePoint and internal systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Recovery Peer Specialist or similar desired.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience working with individuals in crisis.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in administrative and data analysis.
• Exercises appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work a non-standard schedule.
