• ANTCO is the Administrator for the CMHC Direct Lending Program in BC.
• The CMHC Program Administrator plays a critical role in administering the CMHC program.
• This is a part-time position reporting to the CFO.
• Ensure effective delivery, compliance, and support for program participants.
• Execute all responsibilities associated with the CMHC Direct Lending Program.
• Work closely with program stakeholders for effective implementation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support to program participants.
• Research and identify growth opportunities for program development.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of office data.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in program administration.
• Knowledge of Indigenous business lending is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
